We’re committed to selling high-quality products and we hope you’ll enjoy using our products, but for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return the product to us. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
We provide a warranty for 28 days after delivery (except in the case of liquids which do not have a warranty period), the Products shall be free from material defects. However, this warranty does not apply in the circumstances described below.
The warranty above does not apply to any defect in the Products arising from:
(a) Fair wear and tear;
(b) Wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
(c) If you fail to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions;
(d) Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or
(e) Any specification provided by you.
If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us once we have examined the item and determined they are faulty.
We refund you via the payment method used by you to pay.
Before returning the products to us, you must send us an email to confirm there is a fault within the warranty period (or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery in the case of liquids). You must return the Products to us within 30 days of discovering the fault.
Unless the Products are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.
